The Bible says in the Book of Matthew, Chapter 6, Verse 8:
Be not ye, therefore, like them; for the Father knows what you have need of, before you even ask Him.
So, if you find yourself asking for the things that you want, instead of what the Father wants for you, it goes on to tell you, how you oughta pray.
It simply says this:
