I know this life isn't an easy ride
It takes more than bad luck to break my stride
It's the passion and desire
That adds fuel to the fire in my chest
And I won't rest
Although I don't know what lies ahead
I still define progress the days I pull myself out of bed

And the feelings we had drifted apart
Some things are just out of our control

I think I finally understand
